Taste of India is another of my “old standby” restaurants. I am a lover of Indian food – the spices and flavors. Cardamom, coriander, saffron, cinnamon, cumin, coconut milk curry. Taste of India is not transcendently elegant. Just really good and satisfying every time I go. They have a quality which I admire – consistency.
Nishino is the best sushi restaurant in Seattle. I’ve been going there for several years now. The quality, freshness, and flavors are always top notch. It’s been so consistent, I’ve never had a negative experience in all the time I’ve been eating there. This is the bar for all other sushi restaurants to measure themselves.
